Text Box: As we train and prepare for next season, it is important to play matches to trial new players and continue to improve the play of existing squad members. Apart from RUSKINGTON LIONS, who we are playing on Presentation Day (Saturday 26th May K.O. 1.30 pm) I have now had a commitment from the following teams to play a friendly against us. We are just waiting for them to come back with a firm date in May, June or July: Boston Saints (both Home and Away) Hykeham Tigers & Alford Town U14’s If would be most helpful if players could let me know if there are any dates in May, June or July they definitely will be unavailable for. Thanks. On Sunday 20th May Alford Town FC is holding a sponsored RUN/WALK to raise funds jointly for the charity LIVES (First Responders) and the football club. If you would like to take part we would love to see you and your family. Sponsor forms can be downloaded from the club website. Those taking part should meet at the Pullover in the centre of Sutton on Sea at 10.30 am on that morning. Runners will go along the promenade to Mablethorpe and back. Join us for a fun morning and help us to raise funds!! Those players who still owe subs can you please pay a.s.a.p.
